DataVaults will participate in this year’s online Data Week 2021, with the track Exploring the Real Value of Personal Data Sharing – Big Data of the Many, Exploited by Few? Or not any more?. The event will take place on 26th of May, at 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM CET.
The track will discuss the ongoing work in the domain of personal data platforms, focusing on the means and measures employed to attribute fair data distribution amongst all stakeholders of that value chain, and identify factors that impede data sharing and utilisation in the era of Big data and AI. The sessions aim to facilitate the dialogue amongst different stakeholders, researchers and practitioners of the domain of personal data.

Data Week is the spring gathering of the European Big Data and Data-Driven AI research and innovation community.
This year, Data Week will be held online from 25th to the 27th of May. The event follows the tradition of the Big Data Value Summit, promoting opportunities, knowledge sharing and fostering Big Data and Data-Driven AI ecosystem development.
